Privacy Policy
MIRRU LAB ("I", "me") is a marketing service run by an individual in Korea. This policy explains how I handle the personal information you share through this website, in line with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
1. What I collect and how
I collect the following through the website's contact form:
- Required: name, contact details, the service you need, and your message
- Optional: email address and budget
- Collected automatically: visit history, device and browser information, and cookies used for website analytics (Google Analytics). This information is not used to identify you.
2. Why I use it
- To read and reply to your inquiry and hold consultations
- To send quotes and contact you about a potential engagement
- To understand and improve how the website is used (automatically collected data only)
I don't use your information for any other purpose, and I don't send you advertising or marketing messages.
3. How long I keep it
Inquiry information is kept for 3 months after your inquiry is resolved and then deleted. If we sign a contract, related records may be kept for the period required by law.
4. Deletion
Once the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, I delete your information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so they can't be recovered, and paper documents are shredded.
5. Service providers and international transfers
I use the services below to receive inquiries and notifications. Inquiries are stored on servers in Korea (Seoul). Notification emails and website analytics may send some information to servers outside Korea.

Timing and method: data is transmitted over the network when you submit the form or visit the site. If you'd rather your information not be transferred abroad, you can reach me by email or KakaoTalk instead of using the form.
6. Sharing with third parties
I don't share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your personal information at any time. Email me at the address below and I'll handle your request promptly and let you know the outcome.
8. Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics cookies for visitor statistics. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and doing so won't affect your ability to use the site or send an inquiry.
9. How I protect your information
Inquiries are viewed only in an access-restricted admin page, and no one other than me can access them.
